Firstly, thank you for ordering our handmade products.
We’re happy if you’re happy and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product while delivering an excellent customer experience. It’s our goal to resolve any hiccups along the way.
We sell items(paper flowers & name sign) which are made to order and has got an option to personalize style & colours of your choice. We inspect every item again for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special.
We guarantee our personalized products to be free of errors or defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a item error or item defect.
All refunds and exchanges must be made within 5 days of receipt.
Please email us at hello@purelypaperflowers.com.au if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production.

1.When can I initiate refund?
As all our products are either made to order or personalized items. It cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a quality issue, product error or defect.
2.How long do I have to return my purchase?We offer a 5 -day return period from the day you receive your order for any faulty items. You can either return the product for a full refund or exchange it for a different product considering the original product you ordered from us is defective.
3.When will I receive my refund?Once we receive your return tracking information, we will go ahead and issue your full refund back to your original method of payment.
4.How do I initiate a return?Send us an email with photos of the defect ,your order number any other detail within 5 - days from the day you receive your order to hello@purelypaperflowers.com.au and we’ll work with you to arrange a return.
