We sell items(paper flowers & name sign) which are made to order and has got an option to personalize style & colours of your choice. We inspect every item again for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special.

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of errors or defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a item error or item defect.

All refunds and exchanges must be made within 5 days of receipt.

We offer a 5 -day return period from the day you receive your order for any faulty items. You can either return the product for a full refund or exchange it for a different product considering the original product you ordered from us is defective.

Once we receive your return tracking information, we will go ahead and issue your full refund back to your original method of payment.
