We are happy to offer FLAT RATE SHIPPING $12 anywhere within Australia.

We want our international customers to receive the most seamless experience. Hence, we offer a flat rate shipping USD 30 for most of the countries.



Please note that all the orders( Due to it’s nature - all our products are Made to order) will take 3 - 5 business days for paper flowers & up to 1 week for Name sign orders for us to process prior to shipping from my home-based studio(located in Sydney, Australia)regardless of the shipping method selected. If you've ordered paper flowers & name sign together then it'll take up to 10 - 12 business days.

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a tracking code via email to track your shipment online.

We are happy to offer the following shipping method options below.

  1. FLAT RATE Standard Shipping - via Australia Post $12aud (3 - 7 business days)

  2. Express Domestic Shipping - via Australia Post $25aud (1 - 4 business days)

  3. International Shipping - via Australia Post flat rate USD 30 for most of the countries (International delivery can take up to 10-12 business days).

In some exceptional cases, it might take longer due to customs clearance or interruptions as a result of COVID. Depending on the country you reside in, there might be additional customs duties and taxes, which are payable to the shipping company by you at the time of delivery.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days.

We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

To ensure a safe product delivery, our items will require a signature upon delivery. If you expect not to be at home during the delivery time, please arrange a suitable delivery time with the courier company.

We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and take extreme care in packaging your order.



If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to have them investigate the issue. In the meantime, we encourage you to review the below items as it may help you locate your package.

  1. Wait 24-48 hours for your package to deliver, as in some instances carriers will mark the package as being delivered before it actually is.

  2. Please check for any missed delivery card left in your mailbox and call the mentioned local post offices to inquire if they’re holding the package for you.

Kindly note, we cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
